If you are a company looking for relocation support for your valuable talent, we are here to assist you locally, nationally, and internationally. We offer a variety of personalized services for your employees to ensure a smooth transition to their new location.

AREA TOURS/RENTAL ASSISTANCE/TEMPORARY HOUSING/ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

An area tour is used most often to introduce a candidate or transferee to a new area. Our brokers will provide a customized guided tour of the destination city based on a needs assessment. Some clients will need to rent prior to purchasing. We begin with a thorough needs analysis so we can better understand what the client wants in a rental. Our area/rental tours are billed on a half day or full day- a client can expect to see 4-6 properties during a half day (this number varies based on parameters, time and properties). We will put you in touch with our Property Management Department for your existing home, if you decide to hold onto it.

CANDIDATE ASSISTANCE

HOME BUYING AND SELLING

We offer comprehensive real estate services for the home buyer. Our personal move manager will select one of our full-time trained associates with your specific home finding, lifestyle and budget needs. We will remain as part of your purchase team until you are settled into your new home. Our corporate move managers are trained in the Worldwide ERC/BMA process to work alongside our relocation specialist agents through the listing and sale process.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

CORPORATE & GROUP MOVES/RELOCATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY SUPPORT

We tailor our relocation services to meet the needs of companies and corporations and have extensive experience in conducting and coordinating group moves. We provide local support for Relocation Management Companies representing buyers and sellers in Washington, Idaho, Utah and Montana. In addition, we partner with Relocation Management Companies to provide relocation services to small and mid-size organizations that they are not able to support.
